Synergy gym is the best gym of akola....the owner devyani mam has great leadership quality and provides personalised diet plan and explain everything in a scientifically manner...the trainers are well trained and focus on work out in a correct manner....also activities takes up in a week and cross also done on weekly basis....so i suggest everyone to join synergy fitness gym to fit yourself and your family

Ma'am provides personalized diet plan and she explains it's scientifically about the perticular diet plan provided to you and clears all your doubts. About the gym, trainers are really good, motivating, gives you full attention and properly explain the correct method of workout...
