I had a bad experience at Synapse Hospital. My daughter is a special child. Dr.Ann asked me to take an EEG in her clinic and a Dexa scan at Baptist Hospital. I had no time to take an EEG there, but I took it at Baptist Hospital; she couldn't accept that report and didn't see it. She asked me to take an EEG again at her clinic, but there is no proper room and bed to take an EEG (test while sleeping) at her clinic. She got tense and couldn't answer it properly. Though Dr. Ann is working at Baptist Hospital, she couldn't accept it. I don't know why the doctor was behaving like this. I wonder because I made her appointment a month ago. I am not satisfied. I won't recommend it.

I have very bad experience. So , i will not suggest people to go there. I went there to meet Dr Ann for my daughter because development pediatrician referred her. I was trying to get appointment from mid of November but I got in January after one and half month. Meanwhile I didn't meet any neuro pediatrician because I got referal for Dr Ann. My appointment time was morning 10:30 Am. I went with my small baby and was waiting for doctor till 2 o'clock. I was asking receptionist she was telling she got stuck in some urgent work. She is on the way . Some time receptionist was telling she will come in 20 minutes and some time 5 minutes. Finally they called my baby name 2 o'clock and we went inside but Dr Ann was not there. Another doc she told Dr Ann is not well so i will do check up for your baby. Another doctor name was Ramya. But my concern was they didn't tell us in morning after waiting 3 and half hour they were telling she is not well. We travelled from Whitefield to Jayanagar and got appointment after 1and half month.But they created drama in the clinic. I was completely upset so i came back because I went there to meet Dr Ann not Dr Ramya. I simply wasted time and money. I took back consultation Fee. But full day was wasted.

I had consulted Dr Shalini Rao for my baby. She's very meticulous in her observations & analysis. And to the point. It was very reassuring. Thank you.

Dr. Ann is quite reputed and treats well. She takes a thorough history of the patient and strives to find the root cause. We have benefited hugely after meeting the Doc. On the negative side, expect long wait times; around 2-3 hrs atleast at the clinic and prepare with necessary requirements like food, water, books etc before coming here. With waiting times like this, there should be a proper seating area, pantry etc. administration should consider this.

Very bad very bad.. I had gone there only bcoz of my son's therapist as she is amazing for my son's speech delay.. I had an appointment n went on time n they made me wait an hour... But the worst part is the doctor she was really really rude. Dr.prafulla is the person whom I met n she was really rude. As a mother u get tensed when they tell about ur child certain things so I was tensed n asked in the middle when she was talking but she was so rude to me.. her exact words were"will u talk or will u let me talk"... That was so mean of her n i wasted 1 hr with her... Plz don't go to her my experience was bad n it was nightmare the way she spoke about my son... My thing is we go to doctors for solution n their kind words give us little hope but not these kind of people who care less about a parents feelings. This is what I experienced n it might be different for others but I would definitely not recommend any mother to go there

Good paediatric neurologist. They have a new centre with integrated services like speech and physio. However the waiting area is poor. There are no seating arrangements for folks who are coming in with disabled kids. One would imagine they would be aware of problems of parents who have kids who do not walk and talk. Apparently they are not. Given the wait time despite pre booked appointments, it would have been decent to make some seating arrangements.

Dr Vivek is the best Diabetes specialist so far that I have visited. my dad is 70 years old and sugar level used to be above 350 always, but after consulting and taking the medication suggested, my dad sugar level came down less than 150 and there is a good progress on my dad's overall helath. Thanks to Dr. Vivek..

Good centre with a good neurologist , except mind the wait which probably could be due to the Covid situation.
