Stayed for couple of days in October with family. It's a beautiful place with big rooms nicely adorned with paintings and artifacts. Service was good but can't really be compared with big chain hotels. Food was strictly average but restaurant staff were courteous. Tribal museum which probably is one of the best places in Khajuraho is just next door.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at SYNA Heritage Hotel in Khajuraho, and my overall experience was a mixed one. First and foremost, the property itself is a work of art. SYNA Heritage Hotel seamlessly combines traditional Indian architecture with elements of Greek decor, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design and aesthetics of the hotel is commendable. I was captivated by its beauty. The service at SYNA Heritage Hotel was also satisfactory . The staff members were courteous and attentive. However, the major and, unfortunately, the only drawback of our stay was the food. Considering the high standards set by the property's architecture and service, I had high expectations for the dining experience. Regrettably, the food did not live up to these expectations. While the menu offered a variety of options, the quality of the dishes, as well as their taste, left much to be desired. It was a disappointment to have such a striking property and excellent service not matched by the culinary offerings. Furthermore, our initial experience at the hotel was marred by difficulties in locating the hotel's signboard. It took us some time to find the property, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, our air conditioner appeared to function properly only after a delay of approximately three hours, which was less than ideal.
Staff are kind and generous. Rooms were clean and upto the expectations. The breakfast spread can be improved with more varieties. They have early breakfast packed for those going for morning safari so found this good. Swimming pool is good with fountain for children to play under.
Good hotel, location is near to the temple corridor. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and a great service overall. Overall a 4.5 star rating cutting half a star as the swimming pool can be better maintained
A beautiful hotel worth staying. Took a deluxe room and it was very spacious... Normal rooms were pretty small... Enjoyed snooker but missed a dive in pool... Food was good... Overall a nice place to stay with your friends or family.
Syna heritage disappointed me badly. Although the rooms were clean and nice , but this capacity of room you did not expect when you book a suite. You have to switch on the gaesar, tv was not recharged, even in my sister's room it was not at all working. They were not ready to give receipt for extra bedding.Breakfast options were also limited. These all instances shows that the service was not up to the mark.
Great experience and decent price. It's a beautiful place with collection of vintage cars. Food is good in taste especially breakfast. Excellent staff and luxurious room. We enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend. Staff has taken care of all our requirement with utmost safety and care. Polite behaviour and helpful in providing travell suggestion.
This is the worst experience i have ever had staying in a 5 star hotel at Syna. Last 3 hrs. the staff has been trying to resolve the A/c problem, the a/c is still not working at all. Its so inconvenient for a family, both staff people inside the room trying to fix the problem for 3 hrs., taking ladder inside the room at mid night and checking filter of a/c. We had informed the problem to Mr. Pushpendra, the incharge on duty at 9.30pm itself, he said to wait for 5 mins and left the property, later when the staff and myself tried to reach him, once he picked the call and switched off the phone. Is this the 5 star hospitality...?? There is no one at the property to fix the problem, even we requested to shift the room, they simply said its full. We have been requesting the staff to call the manager continuously and get some gelpbut they didn't call. Please check with staff Motilal and Rahul. Surprisingly ther is no senior staff at the entire 5 star property after 10pm.
