I booked this thru this hotel on the day of arrival at 9 PM and reached at 9.30 PM and room was ready and nice.The front desk guy Rahul helped a lot.He tried to understand my questions in Tamil and responded.Overall it's a very satisfying experience and the location of the hotel is very good and it takes only an hour to go to athirampally falls.It's a quite location.Only in the evening it get's overcrowded because of the bar attached in the hotel

Rooms are par excellent . It's 3kms from main NH. Bar and restaurant are in the ground floor . Athirapally falls is 25 kms from the property . Airport at Cochin is 35 kms. Simply a fabulous stay.

Average bar ambience.Staffs also not so friendly.Seating capacity inside the bar is also very less.

I am Shijo from Kottayam. We stayed with family for 3 days in Symphony. Very decent staff, rooms were neat and well maintained. Food was also tasy and good quality. Rates of food was comparably cheap. Every day they used to clean the room. So each evening when we arrived it was a very fresh atmosphere. They considered our special needs like provided complimentary breakfast very early even at 6 AM. We all enjoyed stay at Symphony .Even it was a bar hotel we haven't felt any difficulty when stayed with family. Thankyou so much. I certainly recommend the hotel to all especially family

Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities. Parking is also good.

Affordable room rates near to airport. This is run by Treebo hotel. Well maintained and spacious rooms. The food and beverage service was done with care.

Hotel Owner thinking he's Prime, that's bad, last time sitting executive Bar Owner and his friends came, all service around him. Not customer friendly hotel.
