I can't understand why a lot of reviews praise the quality of products. I have purchased 3 - 4 times from here, and they were all of very low quality. Got damaged within months of purchase. They were not even willing to offer replacement/refund.
BUT concerning customer service, they do an amazing job! They also offer a very good collection of footwear in terms of design.

Good collection of ladies footwear, only few for men and bridal collection also less. Good customer service. Parking is not available, can park in the nearby bus bay and it's very difficult.
Can suggest for ladies sandals and daily wears. But parking is a burden.
If you give more importance to the quality then Sylcon is the best choice in Kollam town. It has a wide range of collections mostly for women. Also give 5/5 to the customer service.
