Spacious gym setting. Provides a wide range of exercise options, weights and machines. Ample gaps between machines. They also a green terrace area which is a breather from the closed gym. Knowledgable and helpful trainers. The place has a vibe you can't dismiss. Membership fees a bit on the higher side, given the fact that it's only for the gym and no extra group classes are available.

One of the Best gyms in the city. Spacious and very good equipment. Even the trainers are friendly and have very good knowledge of personalized workouts for different body types. I currently workout here.

It's a good place for working out. You get 1 free trial. They have amazing shower rooms and lockers are also available on demand. Very small cafe is there where you can get pre and post workout meal/smoothie

if you want to reset your life this is the place where you can, its more than a Gym where you find a very good Nutritionist Ms. Mandira, a Physio Dr. Janma Jay, and certified trainers for your fitness assessment.... its a perfect place for fitness freaks and those who want to be fit enough.....
