Worst Management, Worst food. Worst experience. I had my cousin's wedding and it became a nightmare. Food was worst. I had vomiting after having food. One room got locked and key wasn't working. There were roaches in the room. Showers didn't work in some rooms. We have to follow up continuously with the staff. The management was the worst. No Lift at premises. Only 1 wheelchair was available.

I along with my wife and kid were in transit and needed a place to sleep for a night. The reception staff was very helpful and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The premises are very nice. The food variety on the buffet is decent.

Don't ever mistake it to be a Luxury Hotel. Check in is supposed to be at 2, but rooms where not ready till 3. It is the duty of the staff to check whether room is equipped with all the amenities before handing over the key, but towels were not provided, tv recharge was not done. We requested the staff to recharge their tv several times yet no action was taken until we came and complain to the reception counter. Staff has no knowledge about privacy. Staff use to enter the room without consent until they were been specifically told not to enter the room. One of the staff member entered the room with their master key at 12:30 in the night without anyone's consent. Staff is so much confused regarding their own hotel policies that 4 members will direct you in 4 different ways. Some will allow us to bring outside food, some will disallow it. I had the worst experience here. Don't ever fall for this hotel. If you're couple then this hotel would be your worst experience.

Very very poor service in Swiss Traffalgaar Luxury Hotels, Nashik, India Never consider photos and videos as proof of their quality service. Location and assets are good but their upkeep and services are disastrous. I booked a room through MakeMyTrip. First impression - no light in the room, 2nd - used bed covers, 3rd - No towels, 4th- no body wash in toilet. Second day.......room key was returned at the reception desk in the morning to clean the room... when I returned in the evening.....they r not able to find out the key ....it took 10 minutes to retrive the key.... room was as it is till i came back in the evening ...they promised us to clean the room in 10 minutes....after repeated request they ready to clean the room... imagine at 11:30 pm, my family sat outside in the lobby for 15 minutes so that room will be cleaned. Swimming pool...... ha ha ha.....its worst than a village pond.... never decide to enter into the pool....you will be in the hospital. Intercom is not working, even if it works on gods gress, then no body will respond to it. Why they r in hospitality industry, I don't know.... Pathetic and disastrous..... But still they 4 STAR hotel..... who rate this and on what basis.

Very bad service. It was wedding event and they don't have people to server or manage guests. Not at all good food.

I have given 5 stars as I had no issues while staying. But there management and staff has made a mockery of this luxury hotel. Pathetic service in terms if managing a hotel. 8 out 10 people were having issues while checking in. There reception is a perfect comedy point. You do not need TV in this hotel. You just have to sit in reception and see their management after 6 pm. You can imagine they are managing list of booked rooms on a paper like a bus ticketing. It can happen many times in the hotel that reception person is opening your room with master key. If you don't have luggage in the room and you are roaming outside then your room may be given to some other person. We have also seen 2 people with the key of same room. At any point of time their staff do not know how many rooms are booked and how many are vacant. People comes at 4 pm and getting room at 9 is pm is a usual thing even if you have paid full amount 1 week advance. Allout mangne pe 1 hour mein mili wo bhi staff ne reception pe jo lagi thi wo nikalke di. However other than staff and management everything is good. Food is good, hotel is good, location is perfect, pool and rooms are nice. But you may be disturbed by the staff by opening the room through master key just to check that room is booked or vacant. They don't know about the privacy.

Took over an hour to check-in. There was no information on how to connect with the staff from the room. The amenities were sub standard. Only saving grace was their breakfast buffet.

Unprofessional staff, opportunist. I booked room via Agoda when I reached hotel they said there is no booking , money deducted from my account I displayed booking confirmation they were not accepting it and offering me same room with double price. Not ready to talk to Agoda help center person. Simply selling room at higher price. Even if you have booking confirmation don't think you will get room. It's all depends on price of room that time. Wasted my whole day.
