SWISS HOTEL GSTAAD - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Actually the hotel location is at good place. Surrounded by beautiful view. Everything is good about hotel. But some maintenance like TV, geyser, washed bed sheets and covers to be improved. Apart these it's very comfortable with staff and hotel inside atmosphere is also good.

One line ver very poor with lots of cockroaches and mosquito. My experience - I booked hotel with OYO support and got 40% discount so i paid in advance but after reaching hotel , receptionist told me there is not booking with booking ID after waiting 40 min booking iD was visible but checkin was not enabled , even booking was for same day and this is happening on afternoon 2 PM. Finally i cancelled the OYO they given me refund as zero rupees. I booked the hotel on 1500rs per day. Wifi under repair till my stay as not working, TV not working, no hot water, old AC with manual control and not at all cool top of that mosquitos and cockroaches in each drower.

Friendly staff, worth the money I had paid for. I was a walk-in was not able to find a room since I didn't have a reservation in any hotels, it was quite a unplanned trip. I speak for myself it was worth every single penny that I had paid for , I would definitely would recommend any one looking a long stay.

3rd class hotel. Very very dirty washrooms and so many mosquitos in the rooms. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. All pictures are fake. Beds were broken and sheets were very dirty. Even no food facilities and no water bottles. The worst hotel in this location.

Pathetic place in the name of a hotel. First, I was told that the AC was not working. Then there was a power cut for 5 hours in the night with no power backup, no water in the bathroom, and mosquitos swarming the place. Later in the morning, there was again a power cut and I got stuck in the lift. They have only a security guard and a housekeeping person in the name of staff who were unable to help me out of the lift. The moment the power came back I left the place to not risk a repeat experience for rest of my stay.

Everything was so bad about this place. Rooms were very dirty and bedsheet stinks. The place is a bit shady and used for bad things it seems. Hotel manager and staff was not at all professionals. Did not even provide water bottles. I would not suggest anyone to book this place.

This place is not at all recommended for travellers who believe OYO is going to be responsible for the bookings. The staff here is horrible. I had a first hand experience few hours back. They won't consider you if you did a booking online. They are just trying to loot money and security is a big issue. Please don't go here.

Firstly the front desk executives behavior is very rude, they denied to check in because we booked from oyo and demanded to pay additional 500rs after 30mnts argument they gave the room but the room is very dirty and not cleaned properly the mattress and pillows are very dirty later we called customer support and decide to check out and got full refund. I request everyone pls don't check in this hotel if you get for free also and the location is also not safe here.
