My visit to this Salon was an absolute nightmare. I purchased their package of multiple services, including a cleanup and hair spa, only to discover that they conveniently omitted mentioning the additional charge for a hair wash. This lack of transparency left me feeling deceived and frustrated. To make matters worse, the salon used the cheapest quality products for my cleanup, despite claiming to offer a premium experience. Little did I know that these products contained harmful chemicals. Within hours, my face was covered in painful acne breakouts, and even a week later, I am still dealing with the aftermath. Aside from their poor product choices, the staff's attitude was appalling. They were consistently rude and unfriendly, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. In summary, their services were a complete letdown. From undisclosed charges to low-quality products causing severe skin issues, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly caution against visiting this salon until they rectify their practices and improve their customer service. I don't want anyone to go there and face what I have been gone through because they won't be able to improve their services. Their priority is not customer satisfaction, their priority is to only make money.

Horrible service, imran khan's brother did my haircut and he was extremely harsh on my hair, haircut was pathetic...he literally did my haircut in just 5 mins...and it was horrible...broke my hair soo much even after asking him to be gentle.
