I've been a member at this gym for a year, and I've seen positive results. With separate floors for weight and cardio training, it offers a well-rounded fitness experience. The knowledgeable trainer have been a valuable resource in my fitness journey. During my time here, I've gained 10kg, which speaks to the effectiveness of their programs. I would suggest this is one of the best gyms in Mysuru.Excellent training is provided here by a professional trainer, and if you are a beginner or want to start hitting the gym from scratch, this is the best option. I joined the sweat zone to gain weight. Initially, I was around 54 kg, and after 5-6 months of training, I have gained nearly 11 kg (without taking any supplements). When it comes to training, in the beginning stage, you will be trained with 5 different types of basic workouts to build strength, which will help you lift good weights in programs. Just try for a month you will see an improvement.
Excellent Gym ,professional trainer since I started form 8 months back i was almost 112 kg now I am 96 almost I lost the wait of 16 kg The gym is also fully equipped for strength training sessions. I could see improvements over time and he was really approachable and always ready to help. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try out strength training.

They have everything for every muscle group to be happy. 2. Trainer: Avinash is the best trainer who listens to you and help you make perfect workout plans according to your needs and limitations. The set of training for weight loss was fun and changes every few weeks so you can always look forward for more actions. 3. Over all place: 2 stories with 1 dedicated Cardio lounge and another mat covered muscle training area. Hygeinic and have that rusty classic GYM looks! Open cupboards for your bags and restrooms are added advantage. No issue with parking as well. Update : I have shed around 11kgs in 4 months and its still ON and strong. Was able to summit 14K feet himalayan mountain with the help of right training and boosting your confidence. Before training in the gym my weight is 45kg after training for two and half months I gained weight of about 49.4kg and my weight is increased by 4.5kg it's all because of my trainer who gave me guidelines how to eat foods ,how to maintain a fit body and the facilities available in the gym are well versed .I'm very thankful for you keen interest showing in training me for increasing the weight. Sweat zone My honest experience : Before joining, I was under weight for my age. To be precise I was weighing just 52 KGs. My friend suggested me to join this gym. To be honest I didn't even knew what to do there, It was first time ever in my life I stepped into a gym. I was not confident that I can also gain some weight because I have not crossed even 54 KGs in my entire life. I started working out with the guidance of my trainer Mr. Avinash who is very friendly with each and every one in the gym. Avinash Anna makes sure I maintain proper diet to gain weight. I'm very happy that I started bulking up as I followed each and every thing my trainer suggested it may be workout plan or diet. Now I have gained 7 KGs in 7 weeks without supplements. I have not reached my goal yet but I'm marching towards my goal, my trainer motivating me and showing right path to achieve my goal. Anybody can achieve their desired goal in fitness if they are disciplined and follows what trainer says. So I recommend this this fantastic gym with good ambience for who wishes to be fit and healthy in their lives which runs by an awesome very friendly trainer who listens and trains according to their capabilities and help them to achieve their goal.
Sweat Zone has been awesome for me. The trainer is exceptional, the overall vibe is great and it is also near my home. By following the program and diet plan suggested by the trainer, in just 8 weeks I have lost nearly 7kg. I have had nothing but good experiences. I recommend them to my friends.
