Really poor customer service especially the behaviour of the lady staff in the running material section. Instead of showing us the material what we have asked for she was more interested in some other things.

How to contact them? They gave us lottery tickets for October 2023 but what date that lottery result will be announced, I want to know.

I went there during Onam season and the place was crowded. If you can go there during normal days the chances are high that you get good pieces. I didn't get what I wanted ( sold out) so had to leave. But they have good collection.
