They cheat on the old Jewels and reduce the price. The same jewel was treated as 91.6 at Kallarakals but here they wanted to give only 89.0 purity. However the machine itself showed 91.6 purity for the jewels and they hesitated to give the price. The service also very poor.

Worst experience they didn't had gold collections while I went once they said that due to flyover construction work they're not keeping any jewelleries at the shop and asked us to wait more than 45 minutes to show some of the collections
