Great place for workout. It has helped me gain flexibility and strength and also loose a good 10-12 kg in 3 months. Trainers are experienced & helpful who always motivate you. The gym floor is also nice and clean pretty much all the time. It is overall a satisfactory experience to be a part of this gym.
