Very bad experience. Too small room and high price. The owner assigned small kids (child labour) to run and take care of the hotel. Being children their behaviour towards the customer is not at all satisfactory. The owner is spoiling the childhood of these kids by making them work at this age, and the customers are the sufferers, they donot get the satisfactory service as compared to other hotels. We along with our baby had to wait half an hour outside the hotel on a chilly December night as the hotel boy slept and did not come to open the door. Thankfully a friend of ours who was in the same hotel helped us to awake the kid and then he opened the gate, the kid argued badly with us too with regard to this event.
The hotel is situated at a convenient location and easily identifiable. Staff is good and courteous. Food quality needs improvement and options for customers to select should be made available. Overall, an ok stay!
Power supply is bad.Only inverter whole night.Can not use fan , charge mobile phones
Bad experience service is very bad. Under 18 boys are working there. This a illegal practice.
Clean bathroom, no mosquito control, very bad experience with the hotel, stayed in the hotel if the electricity is disconnected the hotel guys don't run the generator, didn't sleep the whole night with mosquito bites
Ok for a budget short stay but arrange your own food yourself else sleep hungry . Rooms are lil bit smelly.
It's a new budget hotel. The hotel will be especially helpful for the people coming from Mizoram or travelling to Mizoram due to its location. It is around 200 metres from Mizoram House, Sonai Road, Silchar in the busy Silchar-Aizawl National Highway; almost opposite to the First Link Road.

We especially went for ramen and yes the ramen was good. I will prefer more thick noodles but it was good. Also, it was a bit hard to pick noodles with metal chopsticks. Wooden chopsticks would have been better.
Hav had a wonderful association with food hunt since last few months. Service is good. But most importantly, they give a lot of priority to the feedback from customers. Must applaud the team
