Dr. Ritu is highly Unprofessional. Do not know how to treat female patients. Had a very bad experience overall. If females are looking for a safe space to get themselves checked/treated please never visit this hospital. Horrible experience.

I wish I could give zero stars to this hospital and the staff. I had an accident right in the front of the hospital. There were some minor injuries with a deep wound which needed stitches. The doctor moved our from the room right the moment he got to know that we are not filing complaint against anyone for the accident for which he was asking 5000 rs doctor's charges. The doctor asked me not to eat rice and dairy products to avoid pus like seriously which medical science they are following. Pus is a sign of contamination and it only develope to clean the sight .There were 2 young nurses .They cleaned the wound with simple cotton and saline and stitched my wound with extremely tight dressing. My wound was not cleaned properly because of that severe infection developed. The attitude of the staff completely changed when they got to know that they cannot fool us anymore to earn more money. I had to rush to Medanta Hospital and they removed my stitches and 100 ml pus was drained. Dosage of the medicines prescribed by the doctor of Swastik hospital were not appropriate as per my weight. I suffered alot because of this hospital. No one can compensate the pain and the expenses i have to tolerate. Pathetic services and humanity is definitely not there in the staff. Totally money minded management.

Hi myself Harman harry guy's! I had a very bad infection of poison in my right arm! 9 Nov I come to this hospital and met dr. Ritu at the same time she start my treatment and in 4 day's I m totally cured and going back to home! So guys in future if you have any health issues please go to swastik hospital and meet dr.reetu I can bet that you will have best treatment and at a very clean and hygenic hospital and rooms!
