The hospital mainly serves as maternal/child health care and urological centre in the region. This NABH accredited hospital has good infrastructure with 4 floors and generator + solar power backed electricity system (3 floor operational). Rates are bit economical (and listed in the reception area). One of the receptionist (shorter) is soft-spoken and friendly. Some doctors (see list) are good. General nurses are not that much trained. Accommodation facilities need some improvement which is in 3rd floor and caretakers have to use staircase for bringing medicines, and other necessary items (one has to move at least ~10 times which is very frustrating and tiring). Lift facility need to be arranged/increased for convenience. Drinking Water facility is also only in ground floor (see pic). General Testing facilities and medicine Shops(2) are in Ground floor. There is small canteen in the Ground floor outside the building which provides average food/economical. Outside the hospital campus there is no any general purpose shop, or hotels etc. Parking spaces not available for patients inside the campus, however they can park upon request. Outside the hospital boundary there is open parking space. Non availability of Conveyance/public transport is a big problem for reaching or going. Edit: Recently a General Store has been opened outside the premises which was much required.

Worse Experience Today morning.. I Reached to Hospital at 5 am . In Emergency I ask for Doctor . The staff reply The doctor will come.. And shifted my Sister to general ward.... After an half hour when the doctor not come.. I ask to staff they replied doctor will see not now.. . Doctor -Divya Rashmi is sleeping.(#No humanity). And my complete family getting panic in this situation. And Staff of the Hospital giving injection to the patient. Which having lot of Side effects.

Worst experience. Worst than ever. Never ever go to this hospital. Worst than ever experienced. Only bill bill bill no devotion towards responsibility. Die but don't go here. They will kill you mentally too.

Worst experience the first the receptionist behaviour is very rude if u call them for appointment.. and then the doctor didn't check ur heartbeat pulse rate only give u medicine which is not helping me out

Not so good but better service as compared to City Hospital of karmatand.

Good service! Everyone out here are helpful! I am. A regular customer out here taking health services in a fine way. Management help us very keenly in order to make us comfortable for their OPD,IPD, lab testings or any other diagnosis. If any issue they help us directly in a positive manner. Not only me but I have seen other patients also being satisfied with the treatment and services too. Rates are also good.

Good hospital in rural area, Urology speciality hospital near chandrapura, Jharkhand.

Doctor's timing is very bad. Specially Dr. Pankaj's. Need to improve.
