The hospital provides excellent service with dedicated staff, proficient nurses, and skilled doctors. However, the downside is the overwhelming crowd, which can sometimes impact the overall experience for patients seeking care. Despite the crowd, the professionalism and care exhibited by the medical team are commendable.

Worst hospital ihave ever seen and experienced..they manipulate the reports to admit the patient and loot them..they don't even allow anyone/family member to see the reports of the patient.1st time heard such cheap policy so that people can't even talk to other doctors and take a suggestion. They are scared of being exposed. And the most dirty hospital in assam..worse than a fish market..never recommend this to anyone..

Worst service. This hospital is running only because of the doctors. Otherwise the behaviour of the staff is very bad. They treat you like you're nobody to them. They don't know how to behave with the patient. The main reason for the crowd of the patients in this hospital is that there is no other hospital nearby. Also the Service is too poor.

Very bad tritment by nurch patient are very panic but Nurch are not proper training. So kindly upgrade.. Because all are people trust on doctors don't trust the people All stuff are not taking his,her responsibility. Please do the needful.

Bad service n worst experience.. after laproscopy next day not a single doctor visit n also nurse.. Nurse behaviour is bad..no response from them after many time aprch

For treatment i have visited in this hospital only for once. Though it is private it seems to be government hospital coz of the crowd it has. I have waited 2 hrs to meet the doctor. My overall experience was not quite good of this hospital so i am giving three stars only.

Myself Monika Agarwal.. I was admitted in Swasti Hospital this week as I had a miscarriage. I was very depressed before going to Swasti hospital but when I met Doctor Hiten kalita he made me so comfortable and helped me a lot to come out from this mental trauma. I must say he is an incarnation of god.Moreover all staffs are so co- operative and helpful and also heartfelt thanks to Mr Tilak Sharama who operated me .He was very friendly and co-operative. Long live to the team of Hiten sir!!

Only doctor is good rest. They bring the additional technical staff for test report from other hospital. So it takes time for test. Better to do the test in other hospitals or labs and bring the report
