Classes start with Prayer Pranayam exercise & Asanas with variation that reduces monotony & makes the class more interesting. Secondly Ma'am also explains the health benefits of doing the asanas . On the last day of the week we do Shravasana which is very relaxing, refreshing & re - energising . Rekha Ma'am is an amazing patient & friendly person. She sees to it that every student does the asana correctly & perfectly .The classes have been very useful to me in increasing body flexibility.
