The worst lab in entire Bikaner. Never ever go there. You'll waste your money and time. Worst behaviour they do with customers specially those people who sit in reception. They don't have sufficient and good employees. They don't give you proper information, just waste your precious hours. I just hate it and will never ever visit this filthy place again. They don't even deserve one single star. I'm suffering from typhoid and can't consult with doctor just because of them Today I went there and that's my biggest mistake and I didn't have any option because I paid in advance. I reached there at 12.30 noon and I got my turn at 2.30 p.m like really they didn't tell me proper time that when would I get my turn , they just said that I would get my turn very soon then after some time they denied and made me wait for 2 more hours for no reason. They wasted my money as well as time. I'm very much disappointed with them. Today I took a off from my job just because of my consultant with doctor with reports. But they spoiled everything. My doctor off duty at 2 o'clock. My days was completely wasted just because of them. Now it's raining and I'm not feeling well and don't have medicines.

Worst lab in the entire BIKANER. Here are some reasons - 1. Long Wait time 2. Rude Staff Behaviour 3. unheigenic equipments 4. Female staff not available 5. High Fees 6. Counterman will always be eating paan 7. Even a single blood test needs to spend about 2 hours The staff was playing LUDO, while i was waiting there for 2 hours for my blood test report. They charged too much for the tests and when i asked them about the Receipt they murmured and responded so losely, they mostly didn't give a receipt to the customers.

Worst lab. Their haemoglobin reports can vary up to 4 nos. depending on the mechanism they use!!! Mine was 12 and their report showed 8!!! Unhygienic toilet and simply mess. Finally comes to ultrasound, they conduct it in room with all lights ON, no tissue paper was provided, no female support staff!! And more strange thing is family member is not allowed in the room!!! I was like, really?? The management should learn some ethics to deal with patients or if they are not aware, go n check at bigger center to identify how a lab should be like.

Nice lab. Staff is very cooperative. Dr. Are also cooperative.
