There is no coordination between Reception-doctors-patient. Very careless staff. No one bothered, and Very careless people here, no one is bothered, no one ask, who and why the person come to the hospital. No meaning of appointment. I took appointment in a day advance, I reached on time, Dr. was busy with consultaning other patient. I waited for 30 min, and suddenly dr was leaving hospital for his personal work, i asked at reception and to the floor incharge to call the Dr and check me. But Dr talked to me on phone and said wait for 40 min more, i will come after completion my work. Is this the way of appointment.

We didn't have a good experience at all with an elderly patient - the lift didn't work most of the time, there is no proper provision to get the wheelchair from the building to the car and one ramp that is at the entrance is always blocked by a car which is really frustrating. The hospital staff, although willing to help didn't really know basic things like whether the food will be provided to the patient or not. The ICU room is cramped with lots of beds. There were also lots of hygiene related concerns.

My brother got admitted not so good experience. No one will attend you properly. Water problem in hospital.Does not accepting card or any other payment mode.Tv doesn't work. Even after paying for deluxe room.

Very good and cooperative staff. Also the hk staff has maintained clean environment in the hospital. Doctors are also of very good nature.We thank you all swasthya family for this kind attitude of yours.
