I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. This the very unique concept and 55 mins training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. This is not the traditional gym concept where you use to do single muscle a day and this concept is quiet interesting also it's kind of personal training thing so much value for money. Must recommend to take 2 demo classes.
Hands Down , Best choice have made for my fitness journey. Workout sessions are great and led by professional trainers Who pays attention on each individual, provide instant feedbacks and do personalised adjustments during sessions . Everyday is a new training , so it is never boring / repetitive. Strongly Recommend !
