I recently had to visit swastha hospital for a medical procedure, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the attention to detail from the medical professionals was exceptional. The nurses were attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay, and the doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Overall a great experience.....the management staff and the nurses are soo friendly....feels like home ....good atmosphere for heart patients....Dr. Reja Borah is one of the most friendly and caring doctor that I have came across.,.. However one suggestion pls take care of the room hygiene a bit more
Excellent Treatment of Cardiology. Emergency staff are very friendly and caring. The receptionist was very good & suggestive. Nursing staff are excellent. But slightly we are disappointed since we were going to consult with Dr. Reza Bora Sir, but unfortunately we didn't meet him. But we met Dr. Bornali Baruah ma'am who was so polite and caring. It makes me look like a mother talking to her son. Over all as a whole it feels me like a family for a night stay. I'm very happy with Swastha Family. Thanking you With Regards Pabitra P. My mother was admitted under Dr. Dibyajyoti Kalita for the placement of tunnel catheter for regular dialysis. He is a good doctor. The overall service was good. The nursing staff is caring. The administrative staff is helpful. One of the staff treated our case specially considering the financial condition of our family and promised for help in the future too.
