I don't know how to rate this store...coz the staff is very trained to not understand the customers sentiments. A product got damaged within 7 days of purchase. On asking a refund the staff said it's not the policy of the company. Totally cornered went for an exchange of product, asked for a discount as a compensation but that also was not considered. SERVICES JUST NOT WORTH ANY RATING. IF THIS REMAINS THE CASE THE STORE IS DEFINITELY BARGAINING WITH THE GOODWILL OF "SWAROVSKI"
