Visited Swarovski Lulu mall kochi in December 2022 and saw an amazing piece which was actually only given as a loyalty gift for the members of the crystal society, but with the help of Ms. Mary and her team we took a membership and got this amazing crystal pendant. A very big thank you to the exemplary service and dedication of Ms.Mary!!

Staffs Not interested to sale items

Good shop, but not enough collection on display now, This is the second time I am giving the chain for repair. First time the guarantee period was not over.let's see what will be their estimate cost for the repair.

Amazing collection of Crystals

Visited today... Salesman was not attending us even we waited for 20 minutes... Drop the purchase plan and left the Shop. He was not even willing to show the products... Very bad experience

usually watchstores does the chain cuts of their own brands on their own irrespective of the place of purchase. I purchased a swarovski watch from amazon and came here for just cutting chain and i was told the said facility charged even if i show the bill and details. The same seemed unreasonable.

Small store for crystal decor and jwellaries.... A new store opened at Forum Mall too.
