Excellent selection and patient and courteous staff. Ended up buying more than we intended!!

They got huge variety of designs in chains loved it and prices are okay but the design will get paid of and i have got 2 chains from them.

Had one of the worst shopping experiences at this store. The sales lady was judging and would not show anything. It's only after the other sales person came we shopped. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. I have given my bracelet for repair two and half month back. When Igave it , Iwas told , I wll get it in a week time. Despite of my visits since then like ten times theyhave not given it to me. Oh yeah ! I always visit to shop with my 2 month old infant which obviusly they don't care Heights of iresponsibility and there is no staff always one imature girl standing by the name kulsum Who just doesn't remmber whenevr i visit her Humble fequest to swaroski please genuinly maintain your brand value by employing educated staff and not imatures. I am just out of words. Howcome only one girl or employee standing for my past three month visits. I have no one else to complian or talk to or a store manager .
