Rooms are not clean & with bad odour. No room service available & they will not respect customer's. Average rooms & consider only for transit purposes, but for additional days, you choose other ones available nearby.

Worst hotel. V are new to Bengaluru and our audoman took us to this hotel on 15th Jan 18. Two rooms Rs.(900 + 900). It is not even worth for Rs.100; very stale odour. When v vacated next day, I asked the Manager what is the actual rate, he said Rs.700, but automan brought us and they gave him Rs.200 per room as referral commission. Is there any logic? Commission such as 10% or 15% to be paid from the tariff, not collecting from customer. Very scary to stay with family; we did not sleep at all that night. Nearby, Omsakthi Palace Hotel displayed their rate outside... Rs.700 for delux room, very big room, beautiful ambience..

Worst hotel ever. Very dirty toilet with a broken flush and dirty rooms with dirty bed. My room had an uncleaned ashtray with ash spilled on the table and also terrible network as a bonus. Not worth even 100 but guy charged 1000(Auto fellow probably told the guy I'm coming from a company so I'm paid for, when I was getting my luggage.. , so yea I was ripped off ). This hotel has deals with auto drivers near bus stand to drop unsuspecting travellers at this hotel. Was taken to the same hotel by some auto fellow few years back but did not stay. Had no option this time at late midnight, unfortunately. Changed hotel first thing in the morning.

One of the worst hotels to stay. Never ever stay here. Very untidy bedsheets. Not replaced even after requesting 2 times. No basic ameneties. Ugly toilets. For this the lodge fellows charged 850/-. Very very rude behaviour by the manager and even the room boys. Lacks basic courtesy. Manager uses abusive words in Kannada.

dislikes - 1.dirty linen 2.fan is working but cannot switch off 3.dust room 4.no soap , no towel . 5.no lift even my room at 4th floor. likes- 1.walkable distance from central railway station 2.friendly staff 3.bathroom is up to mark

We went in a group and we found the rooms very clean and comfortable. All of us enjoyed our stay there. The services they provided were also good.

This hotel is a nice choice to stay in this city. Location wise its quite comfortable to access. Service was up to the mark. People working there were nice. Overall good for what i had paid for it.

Plse avoid this lodge at all instant. The auto rickshaw persons get commission and put you in dirty rooms. They charge 800 rupees which actually cost only 400 rs only. All persons are cheated by this lodge... some one take prompt action ...
