These people are fraud and totally corrupt with no ethics and sentiments. Don't fall in their trap as they misguide about the car repair. They have zero knowledge about car services and will damage your car indeed with all parts of the car getting robbed. This is even conveyed by their service advisor. They will keep on changing all the parts of the car and will keep charging you the money so that they can use this money to pay their staff salary.

My overall experience in Swarn Ford is very good. Service team cooperate me a lot from the first day to till service completed in my Ford Figo car. I really appreciate Ms. Pooja and Mr. Ravi Singh who have done great job for me. My sincere thanks to them and Swarn Ford team.

If you remove few employees from the service centre/ service centre, the dealership is the worst one in Kanpur. They will try to tell that your vehicle is alright if you are going to get the job done under warranty. If you leave ur vehicle for long you might find few parts replaced with damaged one from other vehicles. If your vehicle is going for restoration or insurance claim they will ensure that it stays with them for a whole month and when it comes out after delivery you will find that there are so many short comings in the job. Had Ford India not been so vigilant about there customer satisfaction surveys, they would have made each and every customer begging for their cars.

My Overall Purchase experience from Swarn Ford was great. Shivam who was the sales consultant assigned to me was very pro-active is getting my queries resolved quickly and ensured quick delivery of my vehicle. I really appreciate the staff utmost effort in keeping up their with their promises. Keep up the good job team.

Fraud and corrupt people at swarn ford. The whole team is playing with the sentiments of people and they will misuse your car as they dont even know how to remove and fit the parts back. They will keep your vehicle and keep on changing the parts which are working fine and will keep charging price in the bill to take out money for their staff salary. Beware guys your working vehicle will turn into a non working one. So, dont use their services at any cost.

It was a great experience at swarn ford Staffs are really supportive, specially Mr Bhubneshwar ji in claim department, helped me a lot. He took care of my car as if he owns it and took All responsibilities to deliver car fast after claim process.

Swarn Ford provided me with an excellent experience for the minor work/repair that I required urgently. People are very customer friendly and prompt in handling the customer needs. It didn't took more than 30 minutes for them to resolve the issue. The technicians are also good in their profession and will offer u good advice. Despite the busy workshop and no pre booking for me, the problem was attended to and duly resolved.
