Worst experience of this hotel. Expensive. not helpful staff air conditioner making sound and water was not coming in morning room smelling

The hotel is located in the city center. The room has quite a large space, comfortable. I was fascinated by the quality of service. The staff are very friendly and polite. Always ready to help. I would also like to mention the varied and tasty breakfast that will suit the taste of any person. The rooms are ideal for cleanliness. Thanks to all the staff we will definitely be back with our friends

I was not having such a great experience because there were room only looking nice but so much ants no pool whole pool was dirty and they were not cleaning and pool is almost on road everyone can look you so be carefull

This place is one of the dirtiest place. The Housekeeping service is a mystery here and the Care taker is care less. Place is OK for 6 places to stay but it's ok for one night. If you are planning to stay here better take the caretaker guys number or else you will have to wait for anything to be done until he arrives at location. Beach is at 15 mins walk. You can get good food and alcohol around here as well as the bike renting is also just opposite to lane. The location is a bit inside so it's quite silent around here.

Unfortunately I have to enter one star to post my review otherwise I wouldn't have given them a single star. This hotel is a scam and u should be aware of it. What they show on photographs and what is the actual situation is totally different. We fall for it via Goa Gateway app. Do not go for this hotel. They do offer cheap prices but it's not even worth spending a penny. The hotel is useless and don't have any amenities. The pool was closed since long and they tried to hide this fact which we only came to know after visiting there. This hotel has various names such as Hotel Swastik and Swaraj the Goan Dream but both are the same hotel and it's absolutely fraud. Please do not go for this. They are totally fraud.

Pros: The hotel is near to calangute beach, note back side of calangute beach is walkable 5 mints from the hotel. Cons: 1. The rooms are unhygnic, its smelly not cleaned. 2. washroom' commode is broken. 3. No hot water. every time u ask the staff they will inform u that the heater works on solar so u have to wait till sun rised and heats up the solar. If u r unlucky for a day the sun will not heat up the solar and unfortunetly u have to bath with cold water I stay for 3 days i booked 2 rooms on both rooms there was no hot water. 4. staff: they are least interested on ur problems they don't even concern about the issue, they will simply throw the keys on ur face and will not ask what u want or any issues. 5. post making full payment of room the room staff ask for rs.2000 deposit. whereas, there is nothing mention on the app. they block ur 2000 if ur going for budget picnic. 6. staff behaviour 1 out of 10. 7. food i ordered for bread omlet at 9.00 am and he asks me again what u ordered. 8. food quality average. 9. they were no cleaners for the room. the room was dirty from past 3 days. everytime we ask for cleaner no response from their end. 10. room has A/c as well as tv. but there is no remote for ac incase if u feel cold shutdown the ac switch as there are no remote controll. tv doesn't have settop box so no need to ask anything. so basically worst stay.. there is nothing to like.

Hi Everyone, We are very Glad to write the Review for this Hotel. Rooms and Rest rooms are very clean and hygiene. Room are very Big having Refrigerators and ACs. This Property is near to road Point and you can easily commute. They also arrange Bikes and Water Sports for less rate compare with others.The Staff are very cooperative and Helpful. The Owner of the Hotel Mr. Kapli Ji is very Helpful. After Checkout in the morning, we went for sight seeing and came back after noon and they allow us to use the restrooms to fresh up. I forgot take my ID card back after check out and I reached my home. I spoke to him over the phone and He is very Helpful to send it Back by Courier. We are 4 Members stayed in this hotel and we will defiantly recommend to our friends and Family.

This hotel is fake .don't ever pay online. they'll say you to pay online n when you go there they'll say we don't have booking. Don't trust don't waste your money on fraud hotel. Be aware . They will not return money.
