Beautiful atmosphere. Well location. Staff behaviour fantastic. Food Quality fine, After all everything very good..
Please be patient while reading the review as it is going to be a long one. We went for 2 night with family and we booked 2 non AC rooms. -Price was reasonable. -Behaviour was very good. -Restaurant is available however you've to mention early if you wish to eat there (like informing them regarding lunch during breakfast). -CCTV surveillance was there. -Gate opens during 7am morning and closes during 11pm. -Different room with different rates are available. -Parking available. However please call beforehand to confirm availability as there is limited space. -Extra room for driver is available with the charge of 500/- -Food was good, more than sufficient and tasty. We got fish thali in 160/- -Location is good. Near sonajhuri haat. -Breakfast and morning tea service in the room is available. Now coming to few points where can be improved : -The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. -We saw few cockroaches and a lizard. It's a beautiful place with awesome location, good staff behaviour and good food. Will be visiting again.
The location is nearby the Sonajhuri haat. The scenatic view is wonderful. The ambience is homely. Best for every type of trip, be it family or friends It was comfortable and the service was great as well. The room was beautiful in terms of architecture.
Worst experience of my life. Room was overpriced, they charged us 2850/- for one day & they didn't gave us proper room, bathroom was too small but they said they gave us best room but it was worst, they didn't gave us proper bill also. Food was not good & overpriced. Didn't know how to behave with women, he was drunk & called us"tumi & tomra" Continuously after told him not to say that. too many complains . It was worst experience for me & for my friends also.

So this weekend me and my friends stayed a night here, as we didn't get any other place we decided to book this place. However I found out that whoever gave negative review the owner Kaustav Roy is blaming that the guest didn't visit there and giving wrong review. Anyway when we checked in he was behaving well but at night we decided to knock the reception around 9pm after dinner to atleast give us a hint of the amount of bill as we'll be checking out early morning and also we had to withdraw some cash in the morning so it will be better, however he told us no he will give tomorrow and we can pay through UPI, we agreed but before that he started to address us "tumi" "tomra" we requested him not to do that but he kept on saying the same thing ofcourse we knew he was drunk. Coming to the room rent they charged Rs2850/- per night and obviously the room wasn't worth it, you get that kind of room for Rs1200/-. Next is food, they were overpriced and tasteless, mutton wasn't cooked properly. The next morning we had to knock so many times to get the bill, however he didn't come and after a long time a woman came and gave a handwritten bill. Me and my other two friends visited and this was recommended by one of the friends who visited 2years back, but after yesterday we are never gonna recommend anybody and ofcourse we're not visiting again.. PS- we do have the WhatsApp chats, UPI payment proofs for room rent and food and the handwritten bill given to us while checking out.
Wonderful ambience and very comfortable stay with great staff and delicious food. Surely will come back. Highly recommended.
Room 101 we stayed on 20/3/23 by phone they asked for rs 1000/- but at time of checking out they kaustav sir suddenly said the room is 1250/- we are shocked but when I said we have phone records then he took 1000 only, also by food before booking by phone they said 150/- thali but at times when we are going to place order they are saying huge price of food. Also we ate biriyani on dinner they asked 200 per plate but again in a white paper of bill they make it 250/- per plate. So if any one is going over there please keep phone records. Also they provide food from outside and take huge amounts. No service man is available on that homestay. Misguided us too much.
