Don't waste your money We stayed there from 23rd dec to 25th dec . And let me tell you not once we were provided hot water. The geyser did not work. When we complained they assured to provide bucket of hot water. Even that was not provided after multiple requests. The rooms are very tiny. Don't trust the images you will be disappointed. Better options are available. I highly suggest you it's not worth your money.

Firstly that to be mentioned is the behaviour and the hospitality of the staffs and the manager of the hotel. They were extremely polite and well-behaved and were always available at our service to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Secondly, the food. The food was smoking fresh, absolutely delicious and had the touch of home. Thirdly, the room was one with a panoramic view of Darjeeling and the view of sunrise from the room really made our stay special and memorable.

Most third class hotel i ever visited, wash room never get washed, bad smell all the time in room. Room given beside staff stays there, bed sheet neven chaged even after paying service charge every day, hotel manager behavior worst. He is the lion of jungle types, we book room 1.5 months before and manager is saying his decissiom where the room will be given

The worst experience of my life. This is not a hotel but an army boot camp. If you want to join the army gt urself a booking in this hotel. One geyser to accomodate three rooms. Smelly blankets. Dusty rooms. U seem to suffer from Stokholms syndrome as u request the people there to do their basic work. Pls can you clean the room inside. Pat comes the reply - we don't do it. Can you open the geyser. We don't do it in the evening. Well I just got drenched badly in the rains. We don't open the geyser - you can catch a cold. You can die of fever I don't care. I will remember this nightmare forever.The only good part was the food was ok. Otherwise allnthe underground rooms. The least said the better. Its an awesome horrid exeperince.

Most third class hotel I have ever seen, staffs are cooperative but the rooms are dump, foods are very low grade, washroom have no hot water, even there are no proper light not western toilet available, but sending pictures of western toilet and TV which doesn't work Please do not spoil ur holiday

Small, dirty, terrible rooms. Bed is small and extremely uncomfortable. No mattress on bed, styrofoam put inside a mattress cover. Bed sheets are dirty and so is everything else including pillows which are figuratively made of brick. Subpar food in the adjoining restaurant. Hotel manager is extremely rude and full of scams. NOBODY SHOULD GO THERE!

Very worst hotel... Rooms are below average quality and the food they provide r almost ok.. Overall not a good choice if someone willing to stay with family..

Don't waste your money. Recently I spent some days in Darjeeling from 3rd December 2018 to 7th December 2018 and I also stay this worst hotel with my wife. That was my worst experience staying in darjeeling. First of all the hotel is very unclean and any kind of room clean service doesn't have there in everyday basis. The blankets are very very unclean condition, we find so much dust on our face while covering ourselves with the blankets. The Room's floor are covered with poor and dirty green mat. The behaviour of hotel's manager is very bad. After 1day when we find that types of unclean condition of our room, we said the manager that we will check out from the hotel. But the manager claim us to paid the full money of our booking and then we can chevk out from the hotel. But one thing is exceptional in this hotel is, the food. Food is very tasty and in very good condition. And one thing also, a hotel boy is available in every situation, he managed everything that we need and also in a good way.
