Its almost a year, I am taking yoga class from Swapna now. She is a very positive minded and focused yoga teacher, I have ever met. With her strong faith we worked together on my stamina,, which has significantly increased. As I suffer from thyroid, I had mejor mood swing issue... But gradually with regular yoga excercise with her I have managed to control mood. Thank you Swapna for this wonderful journey with you... Hopefully we will continue walk like this and I will overcome my limitations through your guidance and support.
