Pratyusha and Karthik - We delivered our first baby in Swapna Health Care in Nov 2023. This being our first, we had our share of fears and doubts but Dr. Swapna, our gynecologist, patiently sorted all our fears and doubts. She ensured I felt confident and comfortable since the start. You are never left alone and clueless in the hospital. Everything is appropriately taken care of. The protocols when it comes to record keeping, booking appointments etc., is super convenient. I had a normal delivery and my husband was let inside the labour room. The whole team, the nurses, jr. doctors, Dr. Swapna patiently allowed me to push the baby at my own pace. They kept the labour room's environment very homely and cheerful. I sincerely thank the whole team including Ms. Anita, the coordinator, for such smooth delivery of my baby. The baby is very healthy and I recovered super quick too.
From Mrs.Maimoona After Allah Swapna Health Care is our family. Special thanks and my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Swapna mam and Dr. Savita Devi mam, Chief Gynecologists who gave the best treatment throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Best team of Anesthesiologists and especially thanking Dr. Kousalya Chakravarthy mam who administered anesthesia for my C-section. Also thanking Dr. Mahjabeen Singh mam, Radiologist for doing the perfect scans. A very good team of pediatricians , special thanks to Dr. Ayesha Malin , neonatologist . My experience with Swapna Health Care has been one of the best ones. Someone who is anxious about hospitals and doctors, this hospital makes you feel comfortable and welcomed with your concerns. The intermediary between doctors and patients is what I found most effective, as it kept me in constant contact with the hospital, special thanks to Mrs. Anita who attended my calls at odd hours with empathy. From start of my pregnancy till I delivered my child, the staff stood through like a rock. Dr. Swapna and Dr. Savita both are genuine in their opinion and extremely friendly. Only feedback of improvement would be, lesser wait time for patients.
Hello Eeveryone...... I have been visiting Swapna health care from last 12 years and till now my experience with them is excellent. For me Savitha ma'am is not less than my mother and always treat very nicely. Today I have miracle son because of God and Savitha ma'am....Due to fibroids I had 3 miscarriages and also I had took homeopathy medication but nothing helped. Now my son is 10 years old and my most memorable memories is associated with Swapna. During my pregnancy due to high risk, I was there in hospital almost 6 months and the mentally support got from Savitha and Swapna ma'am was tremendous. During that time Junior Dr. Kirti and Dr. Sana supported me a lot. Nurses, House Keeping person (Laxmi), Amma's all were very supportive. I used to go to Swapna regularly because for follow up for fibroids and Savitha ma'am guided very fair and proper advice. Recently in June 2023 I had my hysterectomy with laparoscopy by Savitha ma'am and by God grace I doing well. During that time Arti ma'am helped me with all appointment and guided me properly which ease my life. During my post op 10 days before I went for check up, and I had my most memorable thing is having pic with my fav. Savitha Ma'am. I do strongly recommend please visit Swapna Health care without any second thought. The only some improvement we need form front desk and Admin Dept. Otherwise, everything is very prompt and hassle free.
