We arranged our 10 day trip to Arunachal and Meghalaya from Swan Tours. They customized the itinerary as per our needs and gave good hotels also. The car, driver, accommodation and other arrangements were very good. We did not need to worry about anything. We were mainly in touch with Kabir from their team who was in touch with us from start to end to ensure that our trip was very smooth! And must say, it was almost flawless...would surely recommend you to go through them.

Booked my trip with Swan Tours to Meghalaya and Kaziranga National Park in Dec 2022 during a peak time. Every other travel agency said I shouldn't go this time as all hotels were booked but Swan Tours and Kabir, helped us in getting booked and we were able to do everything as per our itinerary. The hotels were nice and spacious and food was also good. The best part was the driver. Travelling with family, that is no.1 concern for us but he was very friendly and had many years of experience on those roads. All in all, a very good experience

When we were searching for Northeast Region of India for travel we found Swan tours and went through the reviews. Most of them gave an excellent review. When we contacted them (Gowrav), we got a very good response. From beginning to end of our tour, every thing was taken care off. We have booked a 6 days package for tour of kashmir through Swan Tours from 4th to 9th April 2023. Everything right from planning to execution including our stay at Gulmarg, Srinagar and Pahalgam was excellent, as during our last tour of Rajasthan. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our tour. We went on 5N/6D tour Assam Meghalaya. The tour was very well organised. Special thanks to Kabir who arranged the tour program and was constantly in touch with us throughout the journey. The transportation was excellent . All the Hotels were good though the one in Shillong had maintenance issues and was not upto the 4 star standard . However Kabir intervened and resolved the issue. Will certainly recommend Swan tours

The arrangement made by swan travels in all respects viz. vehicle, hotel is par excellence. to be specific, the vehicle is very good, the driver is very courteous, safe driving, the hotel room is also quite good from location point, food quality, neatness of the room etc. we will love to plan next travel with swan travels.
