Stayed at Swan Suites Hitech City, Madhapur, for coupe of days. Fantastic experience, including booking, arrival, the stay and checkout. Very friendly and professional staff, right from the gate staff, reception, manager, housekeeping and kitchen, always ready to assist when required. Fantastic location with all amenities close at hand. Highly recommended and I will definitely be staying again.
Stayed here for 17 days. Location is great, because. - Nearest affordable Hospital/Clinic in 5 minutes vicinity - Opposite to Minerva Express Cafe for quick bites - Opposite to Ratna Deep Super Market - Once one exits from the apartment complex, walks right and right again, there are lot of pharmacies, bakeries and eateries - Night market opens up for quick bites every night for local delicacies About the hotel: - Simple, homely abode. - Bedrooms with attached bathrooms are considered rooms, so the whole wide hall is a common space, feels like home away from home - Staff cleans the rooms, provided tenant is around or keys are left at the desk - Laundry/food services are available in-house 3 times a day and requests are taken as well. Cons: - I always had trouble booking Ola because GPS location always pointed to an ally back somewhere than the main road. This needs to be fixed by the person who added location on the map. - Main doors should be converted to have key based tap entry, feels a little more secure to allow only ones who have the keys to their bedrooms within that flat. As at one point, 3 tenants can stay in a single flat - Keys are left at the main desk and anyone who walks in can pick that key when no one is around, there must be a provision to drop the keys where they can only be accessed upon request of a person validating tenant

Awesome place. Have stayed there multiple times over the past year for business. Humble staff, great ambiance. Quite spacious and you may like the hall area even more than your room. No interference from staff about guests coming in. Breakfast is good and even they allow early check-in. May be internet can be better but honestly feels like home.
