Had a wonderful stay. Away from hustle and bustle has a very quite surrounding to experience nature at its best. Clean and well maintained. Staff and owner were friendly and made us feel like home. Food was great and was very less spicy . With their help we were able to park our car just behind the house boat on the land owned by them which made it more convenient and accessible.
I had booked swan Houseboats directly with them and firstly I got the best price better than online and I got the best houseboat with a great view. Food was tasty and freshly served. The houseboat is the best with all the necessary arrangements. The staff is very polite and professional. The best stay in Kashmir.

Our stay here, has been excellent. The houseboat inside is gorgeous, ornate with beautiful wooden carvings and spacious. Just sitting by Dal lake,provides with a gorgeous view of the Kashmir fort and the moon at night. The rooms are so beautiful, and it would have been a opportunity lost if we missed it. Other than the overall beauty, the service is great. Hot water,ac is available 24hours. The food felt like home food. Everybody was so welcoming. Mr.Shaban was a great meet. There is a professional set up inside and out. It was a luxurious experience.
