Swamy Gym - Gym in Cherthala - Alappuzha, India

It was the best gym in town with a proper trainer. Now there is no trainer, tho it still have many machines which the others dont have. If you know to workout yourself you can choose it. PS- Please follow old school workouts as the owner is unaware and sick of exercises from the internet. Also he wont allow you to deadlift above 60kg

Well my experience is its so cool, calm & quite gym.. Ignore the music play.. Manohar sir is too good.. And i loved the work outs.. After work outs i was happy.. I felt comfortable in this GYM

Swamy gym used to be one of the best in cherthala but sadly now it's not good at all. Most of the equipment is rusted and there is no one to train properly. So sad to see this happening to the gym.

Worst to my knowledge .not at all safe for ladies .
