Swami's vegetarian restaurant - Restaurant in Kazhakkoottam, Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

A few months ago, I decided to give their masala dosa a try, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. However, today I opted for their reasonably priced meal at 100 rupees, and I must say it was quite decent. The meal consisted of white rice, aviyal, sambar, beetroot thoran, parippu, resam, moru, and payasam, all of which had a good taste. The service at the restaurant was commendable, with attentive staff members taking care of the customers' needs. The ambiance, on the other hand, was average, with around 7 to 10 tables in the dining area. Despite the average ambiance, the dining area was well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for patrons. However, there were some areas that could use improvement. The wash area and washroom were not as clean as one would expect, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the restaurant is easily accessible, making it convenient for customers to visit. Nonetheless, parking could be a concern as it seems to be lacking ample space. Overall, based on my experience, I would say that the restaurant offers a decent dining option. The flavors of the dishes in the meal were enjoyable, and the service was attentive. While the ambiance was average, the dining area was well-maintained. However, the cleanliness of the wash area and washroom could be improved, and parking might pose a challenge.

A good vegetarian hotel, neatly arranged, food taste is also good but not the best. The price is slightly higher compared to similar hotels. The major drawback is there is no parking space for both car and bike, as it has to be parked along the side of the road.

Tried mushroom biriyani. It was an average biriyani, lacked flavour and the quantity was very less (through swiggy). Number of pieces of mushroom was good

Came in at lunchtime, but the only choice available was veg biriyani and fired rice. Food was just ok, though the quantity was a little less. Looks like they are more into take-away service and online delivery. Service was very poor when I visited. Along with a veg biriyani, it' normal to serve raita , pappad, and pickle. Here, they did not offer pappad and pickle. I had to wait for another 10 minutes and remind him thrice to get a pappad....and his look was like I asked for his kidney.

Food taste was good the meals looks really good. I tried Paneer biryani which in my opinion not not that much worth since paneer pieces was less and not much worth giving 40rs extra but normal biryani would be a better choice.

Had lunch and dinner from Swami's restaurant meals was good they provide with pappadam curries and payasam which was good and also 0rdered tomato rice which they served as fried rice actually tomato rice will be cooked with tomato together but here they serve as tomato fried rice with other vegetables as well it tastes good but missed that typical tomato rice taste anyways it ws good and also tried aloo Paratha and paneer butter masala for dinner panner butter masala was slightly on Spicy side Paratha was good and also the tea was good and only thing is their restroom was not clean it was so stingy that's the only minus other than food and service was good

Food served in a superb ambience here (quite place). This is the best place to go out with family and friends. There service was good as there food. Place have ample seating arrangement. We can see the open kitchen also. The price of the food is also at reasonable rate. Waiting time is only little. We can buy parcel food also. Overall vibe is amazing.
