This is one of the best stand-alone gyms I have worked out in India. Everytime in Moodabidri for work, I work out from Swami's strength training Centre/gym. Swami sir is always available to guide, help. The gym is raw, yet sophisticated! Very spacious.
What's also impressive is how disciplined every member is, they keep it clean, weights are always kept back in rack after workout. Every member is available to assist when required, super polite and friendly.
I have recommended this gym to a lot of my friends from Mangaluru, grateful to Swami sir for setting up this centre and being a role model for local youth.

I've worked out at the gym before but I didn't see any Kickboxing training going on. Is Kickboxing a new addition or does the Kickboxing training has specific timing?

Very beautifully built and resembles olden temple structure. It's spacious with positive vibes. Big parking area in front of the temple very powerful place. Meals served here is very tasty and hygienic.
Main attraction is the 61 ft Anjaneya statue.
