Minus rating is not an option thats why I have given a single star. We booked for Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai and they confirmed that we will get Bharat Benz but while boarding with some shitty excuse they gave us very third class bus, Seats were dirty, unhygienic and no space for legs. On top of that bus was not on time. When we talk with them, They were so rude and blamed customer for this & expect us to understand with arrogance. Don't ever go with swami. They have very pathetic buses.
What truly sets Swami Travel apart, though, is their friendly and accommodating staff. Throughout the journey, the staff went out of their way to ensure everyone's needs were met. They were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, which added a personal touch to the entire experience.
I received these messages just one hour before the journey. I received absolutely no message that the ride has been cancelled from the red bus nor the bus operator. When I go to the boarding point and call the operator then he decides to tell me that the bus is cancelled. I have not received any refund or even a notification about this. When I tried to call the bus operator in the evening he ignored my calls. This is absolute worst service. I had urgent issues to take care of. People book night travel to save precious time. If you are going to offer this kind of service then customers are really better off without your service
Our recent trip with Swami Travels was a delight. Their bus service is excellent, and the hotel they arranged was comfortable and conveniently located.
Swami Travels is my go to while travelling! The staff is welcoming and very helpful I've travelled several times with them and they haven't managed to disappoint me even once.
There is no minus rating to give , such a horrible bus service, bus was suppose to reach by 8.30 pm , but reached at 11.30 pm ,bus is very unhygienic and no bed sheet , there were cockroaches moving around , pls dn book this travels for any reason , driver wil stop the bus in between every one hour and wasting time .
Very very very pathetic service by travels. Travel owner are not concern after you pay them , very arogant and ride answers by them. They don't even deserve a start.
