The room was clean with entire facilities. I am glad that the room was exactly the same as the photos shown online in the App. The food was good, room service was also good. I made a booking from the Swagstay App, I would recommend you, to make your booking from this App for more discounts.

Booked it through Oyo at a discounted price, but had to pay double the price while check in. So please be careful. Had to change 4 rooms due to early check-in and pay extra 500 to get a room where AC was working. After multiple calls and going to the reception 2 times physically, I finally received a non-chilled bottle of water.
Guys, please look for another hotel, this is definitely not worth your money.

The management of the hotel is absolutely a huge mess. They have no idea what they are doing. The rooms are unclean, basic amenities like towels and soap and not provided. The place is cheap, so you don't expect much, but proper cleanliness should be maintained. The swag is missing big time here!
