Its a very average hotel with big rooms which are very old. The bathrooms are not clean, the toilet cover was broken and the bucket and mug provided were dirty and old. Service is ok, staff is helping and cordial. They have a nice cafe which serves all kinds of coffee. Request the owner to please provide good quality bathing mugs and bucket and furnish the bathrooms. Cleanliness is what anyone would wish for more than amenities while staying at a hotel. It is located near to airport and has some good restaurants in the vicinity.

I travel to kolkata once in 2 months for my personal work.I have stayed in this hotel 7 times in past 1.5 years with my spouse. It's very near to airport is one of the reason for my stay. It's a budget hotel situated in VIP road. Location is great. Privacy is very good. Staff are well behaved. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. Don't expect too much as I told its a budget hotel and value for your money. I recommend this hotel for family, couples & solo travellers.

satisfied with the service. Hygienic and good atmosphere. staff are supportive. comfortable locations. cafe also available. food quality is good. lift is also available. That is helpful for old people. clean room and bathroom. only issue i found was room are a bit small but can be managed for 2 persons. good gallery and decorations.

This is an average hotel. Pros : 1) The location is good,close to airport. 2) There are few good eateries nearby. 3) There is a small Cafe on the ground floor of this hotel. Cons : 1) Bathroom can be cleaner. 2) Room service is not up to the mark. 3) They should check if all the amenities are working fine.

First things first , if you are going to book this hotel please book through Oyo with Oyo you can book for cheap. Now coming to the location it's very near to the airport about 3O mins max by car in traffic , the place is besides Big Bazaar mall , Baazar Kolkata mall and KFC is also nearby so it remains crowded during evenings and there is lots of noise you will hear when you take a evening walk. Now coming to the room and the room service , the room was clean with clean bedsheets, clean towels , toiletries are given by Oyo only and the WiFi connection in the room is also ok . Room service is good the hotel staff are on time most of the time except few . The breakfast was complementary as it was Oyo I don't know the hotel's own policy and the breakfast was good it starts from 8 to 8:30 am as per I remember. They have their own restruant in the ground floor it's good but options are very limited in the menu . So it's better you eat from outside. One more thing I want to add is that ola and uber are available till midnight in the area so no problem in catching your late night flight and ola micro max charges 100 indian rupees(price as of present) at night. *Please see for me the only Major drawback of this hotel was the enterance of this hotel is in ground floor and you have to take a lift to go up to second floor where the reception is and there is no person from the hotel available in the ground floor to help you with the luggage and the lift is small.
