Really the worst service I have ever experienced in Manipal. Together I'll also share my experience with another hotel.It's been one year since I have been traveling to Manipal but this hotel is a big disappointment. Two receptionists were rude and passed comments.Tried to charge me Rs200 extra for reaching the hotel at 10:30am whereas the in time is 12pm. I thought I would finish up my breakfast and come back in half an hour at least then I should be able to checkin as one hour early checkin is considered everywhere provided rooms are available.But they made me seat in the lobby saying that the room is getting cleaned. I said fine I'll wait then. Meanwhile there was not a person available in and around to ask for even a glass of water.I finally got my room key at 11:45am after I was frustrated and went to their common room where hotel staff were enjoying their time. But when I asked someone to come down and help me with my luggage they simply said that the helper has not come, so I had to carry it and fit it in the lift.Plus in the afternoon few people came down from their bar and vomited right infront of the gate. Seriously disgusting. Hotel staff don't even bother to clean.Now since I mentioned about my horrible experience, let me share some experience about my other stays at a hotel with the best location as well.

Great location, enjoyed our two days stay. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Great service and good food

Great place to stay with no voice pollution. I stayed for 2 days with all amenities. Good ambenince and service. Highly recommend it

Worst hotel. We have waited for several hours for check in but no one has attended us at the reception. In fact there were no attendant at this hotel reception. Given phone number was not reachable. Horrible experience

Everything is good. Comfortable rooms. The location, Ambience, service and staff of the hotel are good. *But they have to maintain their rooms*. I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor, lift is not working, stained bed sheets and bath towels in room (I suggest to take your bed sheets and bath towels). THEY HAVE TO MAINTAIN THEIR PROPERTY AND ROOMS.
