Very poor service worst hotel and staff behavior

Food quality and quantity both are waste.

I stayed for one day on 26 February 23. Room terrif is little high. Need regular maintenance. Room tubelight was fuse and mosquitoes were disturbing.

No maintenance is there, they use old bislary bottles filled with normal water, even you don't get cold water after 8 o'clock evening.

Good rooms, Good Food nd Good service.

Average hotel in Gajraula on National highway.

No TV Available for Non AC Room. Food it costly as compared to others and 1Ltr water bottles is around 33 Rupees MRP Rs. 20. which is unfair Trade practice as per govt. norms

Location of Swagat Hotel is fine, rooms were ok, food was fine.
