Bad service, no basic essential items in the room like dustbin, drinking water, soap. dirty bedsheets and pillows
If you are looking for hotel near Golden temple then it's at good location but if you are looking for clean room and good supportive staff then you are at wrong location. I booked room for 5 people and asked for AC latter manager told me there are extra charges for AC. Worst experience...
Although the location of Hotel is good but the rooms are pathetic. There is much smoke in the road facing rooms due to the nearby chimneys. Owner behaviour is much rude He even don't have the manners to talk people. If someone will ask me to rate this hotel i will rate it in negative.
Situated in a very convenient location, this hotel is just opposite the Golden Temple, and near to the langar khana gate. The surrounding was very beautiful. But the hotel is a bit congested, the stairs were really high which was difficult for the elderly people. Though they have good staff over there and the room was nice. Services were also good. We stayed there for a night and it was an average stay.
As per location this hotel was great. Golden Temple was nearby at a walkable distance. From the window of the room we could see the entrance gate. Though the services were not that good they provided us with a clean room and washroom. As we went there with our family, the hotel was safe and secure on that basis. Overall a good stay.
the hotel staff was very good in behavior and the services offered by them are good enough in that price..and the plus point is that it is very close to the "Gurudwara" and the railway station is also not far, just 1 km. away.. and the rooms were little bit small but clean enough..suitable if you wants to stay for one night...
This place is very clean and nice...is what I hope to say. It so nasty and there is bed bugs EVERYWHERE. The bathrooms are dirty too. The photos are fake, the actual place is just nasty. Owners don't care and did nothing. My sister got 35 bed bug bites just in 4 days. Staying is not good.
