Swades Restaurant - North Indian restaurant in Pune - Pune, India

We tried the Swades special veg thali today and it was delicious but there was too much oil in the food and the paneer had more spices than required.

Loved the dishes and the experience at Swades restaurant. It was wholesome! Must try out the Chicken & Paneer Banjara Masala items. The ambiance at the restaurant was amazing with good service and also good furnishing. Must say a great restaurant to visit for delicious food in Viman Nagar.

Swades is one of the restaurant that was in my visit list for a long time. However when I entered the place i was slightly disappointed to see there was no power backup and the entire place was dark and the existing customers had no choice but to eat in dark. This was something disappointing to see so i decided to get in and order the food and hoped for electricity to be back before my food comes and thankfully it happened the same way. After the disappointing start everything went on pretty well and our food started coming up and eventually our experience started becoming better. * Ambience -> It's a small beautiful place that's very nicely decorated and one has the option to sit outdoor or inside in AC. There's also a mezzanine floor which has 3-4 tables. * Service -> Service was also was good and all the stewards were pretty polite and did the food serving pretty well. * Food -> Now that's something i was here for and decided to travel till here after reading some very good reviews from the customers. I went on to start my dining with some Chicken Manchow Soup, Chicken Cheese Kabab and Chicken Rozali Kabab and for mains we took Butter Rotis along with Chicken Bhuna Masala. Starting from Soup till my Main course everything was good in taste. Specially mention for chicken cheese kabab as it was very well marinated and so soft in texture that it went pretty well in our mouth and we completely relished it. Chicken Rozali Kabab was bit dry in texture hence could not enjoy it much however marination was good. Overall i had pretty decent experience here and only think that management could work on is by installing an inverter or a generator.

We ordered Chinese from here most of items we ordered were good especially non veg but veg was very average in taste. Thought I like burnt garlic noodles but the garlic was little too much so that's why other in group hardly had any. Chicken lollipop was good I was not expecting it but yeah it was good soft chrisp juicy,but the briyani was amazing somewhat better than most joints viman Nagar. It's a must try. Laughter Is The Brightest In The Place Where The Food Is Good Situated In Viman Nagar Swades Vimannagar Is A Cozy Little Place That Serves Authentic North Indian Dishes. If You're In & Around Viman Nagar And Want To Meet Up A Friend For A Quick Hearty Lunch/Dinner..This Is Your Place.The Service Is Good & The Portions Are Generous..Also It's A Total Value For Money Hangout. I Loved Whatever Was Served To Us In The Tasting,Especially The Veg Manchurian Dry & Veg Kofta.They're Super Flavourful & Filling. And When You Have Your Girls For Company With Such Good Food,Lunching Becomes More Enjoyable

Perfect place for having Punjabi food! Swades is surely among one of the finest restaurants in Pune which serves some Desi cuisine and Chinese too...with the great taste. The prices are truly pocket friendly and the portions they serve is indeed great. Orders were served in time with the fresh food. The ambience is colorful. Staff was polite. We had some of the dishes from their menu and each dish was perfectly prepared. The experience was really appreciable.

Visited this place for the first time to try their Chinese Menu and absolutely loved it! I tried their Hakka noodles and chilli chicken and it's definitely one of my favourites. Their ambience is cozy, good to hangout with friends. They have an indoor and outdoor seating as well. Ended the meal with hot piping Gulaab jamuns and they were out of this world! Loved it

We loved the food here and ambience is also good, had great dining experience. We ordered masala papad, manchow soup and chicken biryani. Chicken biryani was really amazing.. I would recommend to try it
