When you pay a premium in a well known restaurant you expect courteous staff. I have eaten in smaller and less known restaurants in Kanpur who had better professionalism than the staff of this restaurant . I had ordered mix veg Partha along with other dishes and what they provided me was a aloo Paratha. When I asked the waiter if he had mistakenly given me the Lachha Paratha, he retorted in the rudest tone that I am mistaken. I then called for the manager and he was worse than the waiter, he mentioned paneer Partha in this restaurant are of that particular shape and size only. So I paid the price for paneer Partha and what I got was cheaper aaloo Paratha. Even on roadside joints I haven't experiences such ignorant behaviour. This experience left a bad taste in my heart about Ahmedabad. Everywhere else in the city I found very polite and gentle people.
Very delicious and value for money, tried paneer and mixed veg paratha was extremely good. Taste was best in class and quality of material used was superb, truly a must to be tried for paratha lovers.
