Pathetic service and laid back attitude of staff as well as the manager ..... I ordered a dish from the Italian menu and after 35 minutes when I asked about the status of my order ... they said that it would take another 10 minutes ...... and the final result was, that even after waiting 55 minutes for my order .... my order was not served to me and the staff as well as the manager gave the same answer as before. Finally , I had to leave in anger and the manager did not give any compensation.
Their prices are very reasonable and taste is quite good. Their Aaloo Tikki burger is almost a gazillion times better than its namesake from McDonald's. The portion quantity is good and taste is awesome. Staff is really nice and friendly too.
It's just ok experience, the food they serve is satisfactory but there is not proper sitting arrangements, hygiene is not their plus point.
