Well, I take away Schezwan Fried Rice but they were so much spicy that I can't even eat them. And now I'm at my hotel so I can't walk again 400m to the restaurant. The restaurant is good for family and friends and I think normally food also may be good because I came here after seeing the ratings. But I got disappointed, my first impression was not good at all.
Poor service and ac not working. Visited 3 days and informed the owner but not given an answer and rudely behavior. Good service with all items mixed. South Indian food mixes.
Walking distance from Haridwar railway station. Serving everything in Vegetarian options. Taste is delicious and upto the standards. Fully spacious even though all tables occupied, interiors very well placed. We had Onion masala dosa and lemon Iced tea. Preparation is perfect Highly recommended . Date 4-4-24 update.
I visited Haridwar last week and my hotel manager recommended swad for food. I ordered curd rice, thali, cheese uttapam and cold coffee. Although thali and uttapam was good, curd rice was a little salty. However, the cold coffee was a banger. Besides, the service was a bit slow too but the staff was well-behaved. A suggestion to the owners- the washroom was dirty and small. Please ensure the washrooms are separate for men and women.
A great restaurant, if you are going there you should try their pizza dosa with cold coffee, you won't regret it. Overall Lovely atmosphere and quick service. Just don't go to their washrooms, they will give you the feeling of Public Toilet, else everything is fine
Food is overpriced. Taste is average - not bad not great. The menu had mocktails, but none was available. AC not working. Long wait for food. Overall experience : average.
Ordered special thali expecting that no matter what they serve atleast it will be fresh and hot. Served previously cooked curry, rice and chapati. I think they don't even know what does "hot food" or "freshly cooked" food means. It was very hard to gulp the chapatis.
Ordered special thaali. But received normal one and they told that's their special one. Paneer was tasting bad. Not included GST in menu. But in menu card it's mentioned that tax also included. Otherwise it's okay for cleanliness, ambience.
