First I visited local repair shops after visited ongole mi service ventre i shoked why becoz my note 8 pro display cost is low compared with local shop but only thing is immediately stock is not available, so i hand over mobile to him he was arranged with in 3days Service center team was given good response and behaved with politely Thank u mi team
Located in Gutpa Square mall opposite to Ongole bus stand. Staff is very rude and behavior is worst. No proper response to customers regarding issues and taking long time to resolve the issues.
Rude staff. When I said the customer care number is not working which is given in online, they responded saying they also have same.. when ur representing a brand you need to have alternate number to help customers
Dissatisfied with poor service. Don't go to this service center. My mobile got switched off just because of small rain. They said my mobile mother board and charger board got damaged and above 7k charges for that issue. I decided don't go for repair. Next day my mobile got dry and it's working perfectly.
Very very fraudulent. I visited this MI center on 11/06/2021 as my mi phone's software gone. The man in that center told me that they do not have software, and led me to nearby shop called ESHWAR. After handing him my mobile he asked me to come after an hour but I went there within half hour. Surprisingly my mobile is brought from the MI center now, and ESHWAR shop charged me more than what MI has in their prospectus. who cares but my mobile was not made well. I contacted MI customer care online, they promised to go again and everything will be ok 12/06/2021. Again that guy led me to ESHAWAR shop now with me other five mi users to be sacrificed, one of them was telling Janardhanan from MI sent me here. The story goes on long and long, my mobile got not repaired, money wasted, they want to cheat the people even in this period of lockdown time. Friends be wise...
