SVS Grand - Hotel in Dindigul - Dindigul, India

Disgusting rooms that you can't even imagine. Bed spreads were dirty, spider webs in most corners, floors were not cleaned at all, mould and foul smell once you enter the room. Not even worth to stay for free if offered. Moreover A/C wasn't working. No duvet or towels were given. Only good thing is the room service male was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend anyone not to stay here. Maybe it's just the room they offered was untidy and gross as I haven't seen the other rooms. Check before you check-in.

Worst hotel . Pls don't prefer this hotel. Rooms r not maintained well. Staff doesn't know abt online booking. Towels & bed are dirty. Don't even think about this hotel. Worst experience in my life time.

I have stayed in SVS last day, this is the first time am staying in any of the hotels, but I felt so calm and clean atmosphere, the staffs working there are very kind and services was predominately good, I recommend SVS if you visit Dindigul

While the staff is courteous and supportive, the hotel and quality of stay is below par. The location is near railway station about 1 KM away. But the stay is not value for the money. They don't have basic amenities in the room such as towels, soaps and geyser. Only when you ask for it, they give. No flexibility for guests arriving at odd time to stay little above even when the rooms are vacant, Check out time or early check out is strictly followed. I am ok to compromise on quality of the stay just for one or two days stay, but the charges are too expensive for the quality of stay and room service.

A good hotel for staying in an ideal location, the rooms were good but the bathroom was small, the staff service and hospitality was excellent and the management provided help in all situations. The hotel is near to the bus stand and railway station and has a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel had ample parking space

I stayed here for 3 days for my sister's wedding reception. Rooms are small but ok for couple with a kid. I stayed in the 3rd floor corner room no. 308. Bathroom is very very small. Kind of 3x3. Very uncomfortable for taking bath. Definitely needs drastic change. The rooms corners are not clean. I could see spider webs in all corners. Towels were untidy. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and took care of all our needs. To top it all, I left my suit at the hotel room and forgot to pack it. The staff promptly checked the room kept the suit with them until i arranged for my cousin to collect it. The only downside it there are no shops or eateries nearby the hotel. Hotel rooms needs drastic change in cleaning and maintenance. The other rooms in which my friends and family stayed were maintained well. Kind off mixed, one room is clean and the other not so.
